Performance Based Consulting, Shared and Halved Consulting and BECODE have all merged under one parent company this week. The Performance Based Group, headed by Will Marshall is dedicated to creating brands that challenge the way we think and transform the way we work.

People can be rest assured that the day-to-day operations and vision of all three companies will not change.
