A note on COVID-19

We’ve spent four years investing in a workplace that enables flexibility. And in the current climate, we’re happy to report that it’s paying some serious dividends! We’re in an ideal position to continue delivering our projects with minimal disruption, whilst keeping our staff, clients and communities safe. Here are some of the measures we’ve taken:

We’re working from home

We’ve spent the last four years fostering a workplace that offers flexible options to promote better work/life balance for our staff. One component of that is ensuring that staff have everything they need to work well remotely.

So, our staff can and are comfortably working from their home offices. We've done this to protect their health and minimise the spread of the virus throughout their homes and communities. They have access to everything they want and need, and the team is in constant communication through our virtual workplace tools. You can still reach them through our office landline, mobiles, emails and Microsoft Teams.

Site Inspections are as important to us as they are to you

Site inspections are an important and necessary part of our job as Certifiers. So, we’ll still be attending site visits..

Hand-washing, social distancing and health conscious behaviour will be undertaken by all staff when visiting site, and we’d appreciate sites having the necessary frameworks in place to make this possible. This includes sanitation stations, briefing your own staff on social distancing practices and encouraging people who are unwell to stay home.

Site visits are still contingent on the site being open, works being on track and key personnel being available to show us through. If you think this will be a problem on your site, please contact us immediately to reschedule your inspection.

Updates

We’ll continue monitor updates and recommendations made by the Government and healthcare experts to keep our staff and communities safe. We’ll communicate any updates we have about our business operations via email, and on our LinkedIn page.

We hope you and your families stay safe during this tumultuous time.
